Beloved UK DJ, digger and record store clerk Alex T has died aged 25.
Born in Manchester, Alex Theodossiadis passed away yesterday, Tuesday, January 28th, following a short illness. He was in Leeds, where he lived and worked as a clerk at Tribe Records, one of the UK's most well-regarded specialist shops. He also ran a party, On Rotation, at local club Wire.
One of the North's sharpest young DJs, Theodossiadis was a Rinse FM resident and a guest on popular shows like Garage Hour. In 2017, he was included in Dimensions Festival's DJ Directory, a recognition of his hard work and dedication to the electronic music community.
Tributes have been pouring in from across the scene.
