The Empire Line are putting out an EP through Bassiani.
The trio, made up of Jonas Rönnberg (AKA Varg), Christian Stadsgaard (cofounder of Posh Isolation) and noise artist Isak Hansen, have titled the four-track 12-inch The Nature Of Your Oppression Is The Aesthetic Of Our Anger. It's out January 31st through the Tbilisi club's label.
The Empire Line dedicate this EP ''to the people in the streets of Santiago, of Barcelona, of Tbilisi, of Copenhagen or anywhere people have had enough of a state apparatus only focusing on big business and not caring about the 99 percent of the rest of the population."
Last weekend, a shooting took place at Bassiani after the gunman was denied entry to the club. The attacker has been arrested.
