The Enmore spot will shut its doors after losing a licensing battle with the local council.
Sydney's SLYFOX will close on January 18th.
Back in November, the Inner West venue announced it was locked in a licensing dispute with the local council which would threaten its future. This week, the owners took to social media to explain that the fight had been lost. After three decades operating as a late-night music venue—and close to a century as a pub—SLYFOX will be closing down.
A final run of five parties will be held from January 10th to 18th, featuring regulars like Pepperpot, GABBY, Kerry Wallace, Danni B and Prunk.
