Lia Mice's latest album, The Sampler As A Time Machine, is getting the remix treatment.
Out this Friday on Optimo Music, The Sampler As A Time Machine REMIXED includes eight tracks from the likes of Loraine James, Greem Jellyfish, Kid Who and more. The original album, her third, was released in November 2018.
"The remix artists are all producers, performers and DJs I have played alongside over the past few years," Lia Mice said. "Some I met through my experimental club night Electrolights AV, which has been a real treasure trove for me in terms of discovering artists who are creating extremely unique production methods and live shows."
Lia Mice will play a live audiovisual show at Oslo Hackney on December 7th with the Prism Bell, a gesturally performed, digital music instrument she designed and constructed.
