- The Help Refugees-partnered store is hosting an RA takeover in New York tomorrow.
Choose Love has come to New York and LA.
The annual pop-up store opened its doors on Black Friday, continuing its partnership with UK-based NGO Help Refugees. This year, the US stores are open in New York's Soho and LA's West Hollywood until December 24th. Each location will offer customers the opportunity to purchase items, services and product bundles—the proceeds will be used to provide similar items to refugees around the world.
Tomorrow, the New York store will be hosting an all-day RA takeover, kicking off with DJ sets from Unscented DJ and Delle Donne from 2 to 6:30 PM. An official launch party will follow, where Dee Diggs and Or:la will play from 7 to 9PM.
On the impact of Choose Love, Help Refugees CEO Josie Naughton says, "By shopping in the Choose Love stores in London, New York, LA or online, ordinary people are helping provide support where governments are failing... This holiday season we hope millions of people add a refugee to their gift list.”
Founded in 2017, Choose Love is an annual pop-up store that provides products and services for refugees internationally.
