The Westergas culture site has granted the venue a new permit.
Radio Radio, a pop-up space in Westergas, Amsterdam, will continue to operate until at least 2021.
The DJ bar, which doubles as a pizza joint, was originally scheduled to be open for five months. Now Westergas has granted the venue a multi-year permit, which means Radio Radio will operate for at least two more years.
"What was a five-month pop-up will become a 3.5-years adventure, and who knows what else the future has in store," the owners wrote in a Facebook post.
Open Thursdays through Sundays until 1 or 3 AM respectively, Radio Radio invites DJs such as Elena Colombi, Cinnaman and San Proper to DJ or re-play their favorite radio shows, of which several get collected on the Radio Radio website.
