  • For part three in our preview of the Loveparade San Francisco, we lock down Desyn Masiello [...if only we could tie him up - RA Ed] and put the blame on J Boogie. Having kicked off Bedrock's Original Series with a funky approach usually only reserved for clubs, DJ, producer and label owner Desyn Masiello has helped bring some of the freshest sounds to dance floors around the world. Add to that killer good looks and an ability to get club goers moving, shaking - and swooning - and there's every reason to think the ANU Float at this year’s parade may be getting a little more love than most. Says Desyn,
"For me the Love Parade is more about being part of a movement and spreading a message to everyone."
Interview : SF Love with Desyn Masiello Crafting his own take of sultry laden-beats in twain with House, Hip-Hop, and Jazz influences, San Francisco native J Boogie has been developing his own sound and style within the last 10 years. A permanent fixture on Om Records' artist poll for as long as anyone can remember, the city has nurtured his open-ended interest in music and his passion for melting various influences together. Expect to see J Boogie in the thick of things as he recalls last year's parade, saying,
"I jumped off the Om float and danced with the people that were following us and grooving to the sounds of JT [Donaldson] and Lance [DeSardi]".
