Its not just the aussie cricketers who have landed in the UK to take over the British Isles. The up-coming Chew The Fat at The End will have a distinctly Antipodean flavour.
Another instalment of the Chew The Fat is soon to take over the End. Friday June 24th will see Ils, the man behind the wickedly upbeat ‘Bohemia’ artist album, joined by Blowfelt (James Buchanan and Paul Simons) to set the main room alight with a fusion of breakbeat sounds . One half of the huge breaks duo Deekline and Wizard, Deekline (Nick Annand) will blend his upbeat and funky sound that that has seen his profile raised with a string of releases including last years ‘Breaks, Beats and Blondes’ which many of you might know. The man who loves Chewing the Fat more than anyone Paul Arnold and Aussie’s Friendly and Tigerlily (Emily Walker) will be adding their usual flavour. Continuing the antipodean flavour, exciting Sydney house/electro/funk fuelled dynamo’s Sneaky Sound System will be hosting the Lounge. These guys rock Sydney summers with gigs at festivals and sweaty clubs, expect them to turn it on as they attempt to build their London profile.
