  • With not much time, but a whole lot of hardwork, the Melbourne Beats crew have assembled a knockout lineup for tonights Beat.Aid fundraiser party for Asian Tsunami Relief. All ticket money goes straight to the Red Cross, and all the DJs are performing for free. The party is on at the Prince of Wales hotel and entry is $20. A Beat.Aid CD featuring breakbeat and drum'n'bass tracks by Melbourne locals, including Andy Page's "Mr Rush", will be on sale on the night. There will also be a raffle with a gift hamper fit for a music fan! If you are in the city today at lunchtime, drop by Melbourne Central and catch Melbournebeats' DJ Lucas Chan in the atrium at the Shot Tower from 1pm.
