The Shifting Plates record fair will go down at the Classic Cars West Beer Garden on August 17th and features vendors like Vinyl Dreams, Vamp, RS94109, Econo Jam Records and Champion Sound Records Oakland along with sets from the likes of Groovewell and nina sol.
