- The new 12-inch features production by Parrish, a version by Dego and three-fifths of the neo-soul group Hiatus Kaiyote.
Theo Parrish has produced a new EP for his label Sound Signature, What You Gonna Ask For.
The new EP sees the Detroit house artist working with an array of musicians, including Lori (Laura Christoforidis) on vocals, Silentjay—who released a collaborative EP on Rhythm Section—on sax and three members of the popular neo-soul group Hiatus Kaiyote, Simon Mavin, Perrin Moss and Paul Bender, on keys, drums and bass respectively. There are two versions of the title track on the EP. Parrish's mix is on the A-side, with an alternate mix from Dego—who just announced a new album—on the B-side.
In 2019, Sound Signature has put out a mix CD from Julion De'Angelo, In-Patience, and a collaborative EP from DJ Kemit, Carl McIntosh and Kai Alcé called Digital Love (Remix).
