Sam Shepherd has been a regular guest at the LA party Far Away, which doubles as a tape label releasing mixes by the likes of Mark Seven and Matias Aguayo. Floating Points' two-hour, double-cassette mix was recorded at a Far Away warehouse party in 2016. The cassette follows his RA-recommended entry in the LateNightTales mix series.
Floating Points will put out his first new record in two years, LesAlpx / Coorabell, on Ninja Tune in July.
