Honey Dijon is starting a fashion brand.
Adrian Joffe, the president of Comme des Garçons International (and Dover Street Market), told WWD that they were working with Dijon on a new brand called Honey Fucking Dijon. The first products—a "small collection of DJ bags and [T-shirts]"—are set to launch in the late summer or early fall, if all goes according to schedule.
American DJ Honey Dijon is the latest dance music figure to start a fashion brand. In March, Peggy Gou announced her KIRIN label in collaboration with the New Guards Group. The latter company also owns Off-White, the fashion brand headed up by designer Virgil Abloh, who is also a DJ and the artistic director of Louis Vuitton's menswear.
