Ricardo Villalobos has topped Subsonic Music Festival's first lineup announcement for 2019.
It will be a rare Australian appearance for the Chilean heavyweight, who is billed alongside acts like Derrick May, Sonja Moonear, Young Marco, Bruce, Leon Vynehall, Vera, Saoirse, Roi Perez, San Proper, Steve Rachmad and Ata up at Riverwood Downs Mountain Valley Resort, a few hours north of Sydney, when the festival returns from December 6th to 8th.
Villalobos will share a stage with Craig Richards, Mathew Jonson, Margaret Dygas and Bobby as part of fabric's 20th anniversary tour, while other international guests include Audiofly, Cristi Cons, Archie Hamilton, DeWalta, Stavroz, DJ W!ld, DoubtingThomas and Oliver Huntemann. Homegrown talent will come in the form of Andy Garvey, Ben Fester and Late Nite Tuff Guy, with plenty more names to come.
