Konx-Om-Pax has announced a new album for Planet Mu.
Due out June 14th, Ways Of Seeing is Tom Scholefield's first release since 2017's Refresher EP. In contrast to his previous work, which combines rave, ambient and abstract sounds, the new album features a more accessible mix of pop-driven electronica and melodies. Scholefield, a recent transplant from Glasgow to Berlin, says the music's mood is a reaction to the dark and noisy experimental sounds coming out of his new city.
Ways Of Seeing features cameos from Nightwave and Silvia Kastel. Scholefield also wrote select parts during a creative exchange with Hudson Mohawke and Lunice.
