- The Other comes out on Regis' Downwards label in May.
Next up from Downwards is an album by Samuel Kerridge and Taylor Burch.
The Other is produced by UK techno artist Kerridge, with spoken-word vocals by Burch, who's a member of both DVA Damas and Tropic Of Cancer. The label describes it as a "more mature approach" than we're used to from Kerridge. "The LP is abundant with melody and variation," they say, "whilst still retaining the physical power and presence." It marks the beginning of a new audovisual project with film director Daisy Dickinson that involves projections on pieces of semi-transparent fabric.
