  • A new 3000-capacity venue is coming to West London. Exhibition London will open in the Grade II listed building formerly known as the Dimco building, previously unopened to the public, at the Shepherd's Bush shopping destination Westfield London. The venue is a collaboration between real estate company Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield and Broadwick Venues, which owns and operates Canada Water superclub Printworks. It'll have two floors and 34,000 square feet, with multiple rooms to accomodate rest areas and food and drink vendors, in addition to the space for music and other events. London Night Czar Amy Lamé says, "The great range of entertainment venues in the capital play a vital role in this vibrant nightlife," according to the press release. "I'm delighted to see this historic location turned into a brand new venue for arts, music and cultural events." Construction on Exhibition London begins this month, and the venue is anticipated to open at the end of the year. There's another 3000-capacity venue set to open in London in 2019. Magazine London is expected to open this summer in Greenwich and features a 7000-capacity outdoor festival space. The Vibration Group's Venue Lab, who also have a hand in Printworks, is behind Magazine London. See a rendering of Exhibition London.
