- The venue's upstairs section will be turned into offices after its closing party at the start of the new year.
Buyers Club will close its upstairs gig and club space permanently on New Year's Day.
The Liverpool space, which opened in 2015, will host its final party, headlined by the Bristol DJ Ian DPM, on December 31st. The lease for the multipurpose venue's upstairs space will end the day after. The landlord intends to turn it into an office, the club says. The downstairs area, which includes a restaurant, garden and bar, will be unaffected by the closure.
The Hardman Street club's past guests include Sassy J, Jayda G, Nabihah Iqbal, Donna Leake, Karizma and KiNK, who headlined RA's Alternate Cuts party at the venue in 2017. (You can revisit the live stream here.)
