- 15 DJs and live acts will perform at the marathon event in Düsseldorf, including Vladimir Ivkovic, Lena Willikens and Tolouse Low Trax.
Beloved Düsseldorf venue Salon des Amateurs is hosting a three-day closing party in November before shutting down for renovations.
According to the promo text accompanying the event, Salon will be closed for "an undisclosed period," with the renovations starting on Monday, November 5th—the same day the party is scheduled to finish.
15 DJs and live acts will perform at the marathon session, which begins at 10 PM on Friday the 2nd. Joining cofounder Tolouse Low Trax will be the likes of Vladimir Ivkovic, Lena Willikens, Wolf Müller, Eiger Nordwand, Jules, Rearview Radio and Harmonious Thelonious.
The renovations arrive as a result of severe water damage, which forced the venue to close temporarily in January 2017. Aside from that, this will be the first time the venue has closed for a prolonged period since opening in 2004.
