  • Andrés has a new EP, D.ATLien, on the way via NDATL. It's the Detroit staple's first 12-inch on Kai Alcé's label, though NDATL handled Andrés' first-ever remix, a version of Alcé's own "Feeding." The D.ATLien EP "showcases Andrés' Latin American influences," the label says, especially on A-side cuts like "Ensolardo" and "Café Con Léché." It's Andrés' second release of the year, following a beats 7-inch for Fnr. We're still waiting on news on his long-awaited album, Andrés IV. NDATL celebrated ten years in business over Movement weekend, dropping a double LP with material from Derrick May, Omar-S and a collaborative track from Alcé and Kyle Hall. The label will also host a ten-year anniversary party in Detroit at Marble Bar on November 9th.
