  • Vessel is releasing a new album on Tri Angle next month. Queen Of Golden Dogs is the first new music from the Bristol producer, real name Sebastian Gainsborough, since his 2016 split EP with Immix Ensemble, Transition, and his first LP since 2014's Punish, Honey. Gainsborough made the album over 18 months spent in solitude in rural Wales, according to the press release. All but one of the LP's nine tracks are dedicated to his influences: "a range of writers, the painter Remedios Varo; and a new love." On his third full-length, Vessel further develops his sound due to an "infatuation with chamber music," bringing singer Olivia Chaney on board. The album will be available digitally on November 9th, with the physical release coming later in the month on November 23rd. Listen to "Argo (For Maggie)."
