  • Smalltown Supersound is releasing Yoshinori Hayashi's first LP on October 26th. The Japanese artist played every instrument and sound on Ambivalence himself. The label says the album has a "freeform nature... [with a] cosmic, hypnotic and almost ritualistic approach." The vinyl version features two tracks, "Double" and "Chironex," which do not appear on the digital release. Ambivalence follows a string of EPs for labels like Disco Halal, Going Good, Lovers Rock and Jheri Tracks. Listen to "Bit Of Garden."
