  • Peaking Lights will release their first record of 2018, the Sea Of Sand EP, via Dekmantel. The six-track EP stretches over 30 minutes, and is the husband and wife duo's first release on a label other than their own imprint, Two Flowers, in three years. Dekmantel calls the recent effort, which sets the stage for a new album, a "melting pot of dainty dub, experimental and leftfield beats." Indra Dunis handles vocals, synths, piano and live electronic drums with Aaron Coyes manning synths, drum programming and live dubs via a mixing console. The whole thing was recorded at their home studio, Dreamfuzz. Over the past decade, Peaking Lights has released its signature dubby, electronic pop on labels like Domino, Night People and Not Not Fun. Listen to the title track.
