  • Paul 'Trouble' Anderson, the longtime London DJ and radio host, is fighting another battle with cancer. Anderson was first diagnosed with cancer in his left lung in 2011. After a major operation, he'd been in remission until recently, when cancerous tumours were discovered in both his brain and his right lung. He required emergency surgery to remove some of the tumours and reduce swelling on his brain. He also needs a course of radiotherapy along with further treatment and rehabilitation outside the National Health Service. Friends and family have launched a gofundme campaign to help Anderson with his healthcare expenses. You can donate to the cause here. While he might not be able to play gigs at the moment, his friends say "he is determined to try and pre-record his regular Saturday show on Mi-Soul Radio to keep the good vibes flowing." The statement also says: "It will take months until Paul is able to return to his previous form, but it is his full intention and our greatest wish that he gets back to doing what he loves doing best. With the support of his family, friends and community we can do this. It's our chance to give something back to this very special man who has given us so much. Thank you for taking the time to read this and thank you for any support you can give."
