  • Dorothy, an art studio based in the UK, has designed a poster that celebrates the people and places crucial to the history and culture of dance music. Acid House Love Blueprint: A History Of Dance Music And Rave Culture, is a 60 x 80 cm poster that features over 900 DJs, artists, labels, clubs, parties and other key names and moments from the scene, mapped out on a circuit diagram for the Roland TB-303. It's available on both blue and yellow screen-printed editions. As The Wire reports, Dorothy—who've also designed Blueprint posters for hip-hop, alternative and the less rave-oriented side of electronic music—got help and advice for this project from Haçienda residents Greg Wilson and Graeme Park. Check out some shots of the print.
