- The Mover, Kampire, Ben UFO and DJ Bus Replacement Service have all been billed for the Kraków festival in October.
Unsound Festival has announced more than 30 acts for its 2018 edition.
The week-long event, which will return to various venues across Kraków from October 7th through 15th, has confirmed DJ sets from the likes of DJ Bus Replacement Service, DJ Storm, Ben UFO, Eris Drew, The Knife's Olof Dreijer, Shyboi, Superficie and Zenker Brothers, who will go back-to-back with Skee Mask. Kampire, the Ugandan artist who recently highlighted some of her favourite East African artists, is also down.
As always, this year's edition will feature a number of live festival debuts and one-off performances. Jlin and Company Wayne McGregor will present the European premiere of "Autobiography Edits," while Tim Hecker, Christoph de Babalon, Amnesia Scanner and Rabit will showcase new collaborative projects. Other live highlights include Blawan, who will perform his new album, Marie Davidson, JASSS, Alva Noto, Lucrecia Dalt, Egypt's Rozzma and Brazilian rapper Linn da Quebrada. Terry Riley, appearing in Poland for the first time, will take the stage at Wieliczka Salt Mine alongside his son and guitarist, Gyan Riley.
The theme for Unsound 2018 is "Presence." More acts will be added in the coming months.
