- The 15-track album, out now, combines ambient and classical music.

Kate Simko has released her score for the American independent film 20 Weeks.
For this soundtrack, Simko pared down her London Electronic Orchestra ensemble to a smaller lineup of single string and harp players. It's meant to "create a more naked and exposed sound reflecting the vulnerability of the characters," according to a press release.
20 Weeks, directed by Leena Pendharker, centres around a couple who must make a difficult decision when they discover that their baby has a serious health condition during an ultrasound at 20 weeks. It premiered at the Los Angeles Film Festival last year, and received a wider theatrical release this month.
"Collaborating on 20 Weeks was an especially unforgettable experience because I discovered I was eight weeks pregnant while composing the score," Simko says. "It was a time of heightened emotions, and scoring the film was a parallel journey of my own experience alongside the film's narrative."
It's Simko's first film soundtrack since she put out Music From The Atom Smashers on Ghostly in 2009, and the first release with her London Electronic Orchestra since their first album in 2016.
