Yagya will reissue his third album, Rigning, via Delsin on April 30th.
The Icelandic artist Aðalsteinn Guðmundsson, known for his ambient and dub techno productions, originally released Rigning in 2009. Later this month Delsin will reissue the album, which they refer to as "essentially one long track split into movements," via triple-vinyl pack.
Previously it was only available on wax as a double-vinyl release with eight tracks, but this one has all ten from the original CD. Resident Advisor gave it a 4.5 rating when it came out almost ten years ago.
"Yagya's style is always patient and slow burning," Delsin writes. "His grooves are long and drawn out and his pads reach up into the heavens. This whole album is coated in a warm fuzz and is a real comfort on dark, long, cold nights."
