  • Joey Beltram revealed that he was the producer behind a well-regarded 1998 12-inch for Damon Wild's label Synewave, SW37, which is set for a reissue next month. "After 20 years I'm gonna let you in on a secret," the artist behind iconic rave tunes like "Energy Flash" and "Mentasm" said in his Facebook post early this morning. The SW37 12-inch originally came out as an anonymous record with no producer credit or titles—only a Synewave catalogue number—and Wild has kept mum about its origins. ("Now I don't have to answer that question anymore," he wrote in a comment on the post.) Beltram's unmasking comes ahead of SW37's return next month as the first entry in a new Synewave reissue series. Listen to a track from SW37.
    Tracklist A Untitled B Untitled Synewave will release SW37 in mid-April 2018.
