  • Henry Wu and Earl Jeffers will release an EP on MCDE Recordings, the label run by Motor City Drum Ensemble and Pablo Valentino, in November. Projections will mark the first time the two artists have released music together. The EP contains two dance floor-driven disco house tracks typical of the MCDE stable. Jeffers, formerly known as Cheesus, is best known for releases on Gerd's 4 Lux and Doc Daneeka's Ten Thousand Yen. Henry Wu, AKA Kamaal Williams, has released a range of soul and jazz-inspired house records on labels like Eglo, Rhythm Section International and Tartelet since releasing his debut three years ago.
