New nightclub, OST, to open in Berlin

- Berlin is getting a new nightclub called OST. OST, which takes its name from the German word for east, is located at Alt-Stralau 1, the former home of Magdalena. Close to Salon Zur Wilden Renate on the eastern edge of Friedrichshain, OST will open on November 4th with a launch party soundtracked by Vakula, LA-4A, John Osborn and Jennifer Touch. The space, a former power station, will keep its existing Pioneer Pro Audio soundsystem and have room for 600 people. There's no word on future lineups, but they will likely be revealed in the coming weeks.
