- The self-titled LP gets a release in late October.
A self-titled album from No Spiritual Surrender, AKA Spanish techno producers J.C. and Kastil, is on the way.
Working in Kastil's studio, the duo crafted 19 tracks spread across two parts. A double vinyl set, mixing techno cuts with shorter experimental tracks, looks to get a wide release, while a CD-R focused on abstract ambient and downtempo sounds will be given away at next month's Mugako Festival in northern Spain. The album is the second No Spiritual Surrender release for Jose Cabrera and Mario Castillo, after a 2015 EP for A Harmless Deed, which Cabrera helps run. It's set to land on Cabrera's self-titled label in late October.
