Vin Sol's next 12-inch, Moonchild, is due on HNYTRX in mid-October.
According to the label, they rejected "killer track after killer track" in the process of helping form the four-track EP. "There is no artist in the history of our label that we have given a harder time to than Vin Sol," they explain. The San Francisco resident, who also runs the Club Lonely label, is a longtime friend of Honey Soundystem and a staple in the Bay Area scene. Moonchild follows releases on Rhythm Nation, Nonplus and Ultramajic.
