  • A new art exhibition called +/- Human, which features work by Warp Records artists, will open at London's Roundhouse on August 10th. Choreographer and director Wayne McGregor organized the show, which combines dance, video and original music. It includes Zoological, an installation made in partnership with Random International that's described as a "mysterious flock of flying spheres that surround visitors," which move along with an original composition by Mark Pritchard. The project was inspired by Caspar Henderson's book The Book of Imaginary Beings, which Pritchard turned to as a reference point for his score. Pritchard and fellow Warp affiliates Clark, Lorenzo Senni and GAIKA have also composed music for a series of new dance pieces that McGregor choreographed. They'll be performed by dancers from his company as well as The Royal Ballet, on Friday and Saturday nights. +/- Human closes on August 28th. There's more information about the exhibition at the Roundhouse homepage.
