  • In a post on Facebook, Francis Harris has announced he and Frank & Tony partner Anthony Collins will no longer be working together. Frank & Tony linked up in the early '10s following successful solo careers, Harris as Adultnapper and Collins under his own name. They used Scissor & Thread as an outlet for their contemplative deep house productions, quickly making a name for themselves with releases on their own imprint as well as Japanese label Mule Musiq. Harris and Collins recently announced a new EP Odes, breaking a year-long production hiatus. On Friday, Harris took to Facebook saying the project is over:
Hi Friends. Today is the release of our final ep as Frank & Tony. Grab your copy. This project was very special to us, mostly because our fans were so dedicated to the deep sound of our records and sets. Thanks again for the support.
It appears Harris will be taking over the duo's long-running Output residency on his own and continuing on with Scissor & Thread, home to acts like DaRand Land and Black Light Smoke. Listen to Odes track "Procession" via XLR8R.
