- Lowtec, Leibniz and Panthera Krause will feature on the Leipzig company's first release this month.

R.A.N.D. Muzik, a vinyl pressing plant in Leipzig, Germany cofounded by Lowtec, will launch an in-house label this month with an eight-track compilation.
The manufacturing outlet, which has been in operation for more than ten years, has released one-off records in the past, but this compilation marks the official birth of R.A.N.D. Muzik Recordings as an official imprint. The plant has said the record is also being used as an opportunity to demonstrate R.A.N.D.'s new picture disc pressing capabilities, and that the aim is "to make something that looks beautiful and gives artists an opportunity to release some music that's more for home listening rather than the club."
Among the LP's eight tracks are contributions from Lowtec, Leibniz and Panthera Krause, as well as three young Perth artists: Jack Burton, Tourist Kid and Consulate. The label will be distributed by Shite Music.
