- The two-day event will celebrate its fifth birthday at Kent County Showground in Maidstone this September.
- The first names for this year's edition of The Social Festival have been revealed. The two-day event marks its fifth anniversary on September 29th and 30th. The first announcement features 14 acts—highlights include Black Coffee, Sasha & John Digweed, Cassy, Carl Cox, Jackmaster, Guy Gerber, Adriatique, The Martinez Brothers, Apollonia and Butch. Festival curator Nic Fanciulli, who will also DJ at the festival, is promising "big surprises, some even bigger production and a huge lineup." Since it launched in 2013, The Social has expanded to include a winter edition plus satellite festivals in Colombia and Mexico.
