  • Exos is starting a label called X/OZ. Exos, real name Arnvidur Snorrason, has been making techno since the late '90s, when he put out a number of records on Thule and Force Inc. Music Works. Snorrason's career got a boost after he was featured on the first release from Nina Kraviz's label ????, where he's been a regular ever since. Now he's starting his own imprint, X/OZ, with a compilation that features a number of his close collaborators. In addition to two new tracks by Snorrason himself, Invisible Limits Vol. 1 features music from his father, Octal—one is a remix by the coincidentally-named Octal Industries, AKA Ruxpin, and the other is a collaboration between Octal, Ruxpin and Exos. Fellow ???? associate and Icelander Bjarki also contributes a track, and the release is rounded off by young Russian producer Soschla. Tracklist A1 Exos - Hverfult A2 Gurk - Gurk A3 Soschla - Nchts 3 B1 Exos - Hnjask B2 Octal - Spaff (Octal Industries Remix) B3 Ruxpin, Exos & Octal - Kurltilgrafar X/OZ will release Invisible Limits Vol. 1 on June 16th, 2017.
