- Chris Mercer has returned to the UK to continue treatment after he was admitted to hospital in the US last month.
Rusko has been diagnosed with gastric lymphoma, a type of stomach cancer.
The UK producer, real name Chris Mercer, announced the news via Twitter yesterday, confirming that he would be unable to perform shows over the summer but that he does "still have loads of music coming out." Mercer was initially hospitalised in the US before returning to the UK to continue his treatment. In a Facebook post on April 25th, he revealed that he had been forced to cancel multiple gigs due to an "unforeseen medical emergency."
