- The four-room space opened on Rue Cadet in the 9th arrondissement this weekend.
A new club called Society has opened in Paris.
Society launched with an afternoon-into-evening party on Sunday, March 12th. It's a four-room space located in a former casino built in the 1930s. Three rooms are for music, while the fourth is reserved for visual art. There's no word on Society's future bookings, but the sound of Sunday's headliners, D'Julz and Franck Roger, suggests house and techno will be included. According to Trax, the club is in the process of applying for a license to operate until dawn. Until then, you can expect the parties to end not long after midnight.
