Hessle Audio celebrates ten years with dates in Europe, North America and Asia

  • Ben UFO, Pearson Sound and Pangaea will hit the road to celebrate the tenth anniversary of their Hessle Audio label. The tour begins at Ramsgate Music Hall on March 2nd, before moving east for dates in Krakow (March 17th), Berlin (March 18th), Hamburg (March 19th) and Tbilisi (March 24th). April shows will go down in Paris (8th), Milan (9th) and Leeds (28th), wrapping up the month at West Indian Centre, a venue central to the popularity of dubstep in the trio's former university town. Dates in Asia and North America include stops at Japan's Rainbow Disco Club (May 5th), Chicago's smartbar (May 13th), Boston's Together Festival (May 17th) and Brighter Days in Vancouver (May 1st). The tour finishes at Dimensions Festival on August 31st. See the schedule below. Founded in 2007, Hessle Audio is among the UK's best-known outlets for modern electronic music, with a sound that takes in bass music and various shades of leftfield house and techno. The label, which was named after a street in Leeds and is now based in London, has been the main home for co-founders Pearson Sound and Pangaea, and has handled breakout releases from producers such as Joe, Bruce, Elgato and Blawan.
