- Wolfskuil Limited will handle the release of the Raw Cacao two-tracker.
DJ Red will put out a single called Raw Cacao on Wolfskuil Records' Limited sub-label later this month.
DJ Red, real name Simona Calvani, is a resident at Rome's Goa Club, which RA recently visited as part of our In Residence events series. (Read our in-depth feature on Goa.) She's following up on her second single for Speedy J's Electric Deluxe, August's Underwater, which featured remixes from Stanislav Tolkachev and Zeitgeber (AKA Speedy J and Lucy). This time, she's lined up a rework from Ricardo Villalobos. The Chilean superstar's 11-minute remix of "Raw Cacao" comes in the midst of a busy production year. Villalobos has put out two solo EPs, contributed to Oren Ambarchi's Hubris LP and remixed Prins Thomas and D.F.X. so far.
