  • London's Take Note conference will host demos and performances in a room specially designed by Sound Services and Funktion-One. Take Note, which started last year, is a day-long series of talks and performances aimed at introducing newcomers to the electronic music industry. The event will host a room designed by sound equipment hire company Sound Services and Funktion-One to "showcase optimum sound quality". Funktion-One co-founder Tony Andrews will be there to discuss audio quality and to use the new FF6.2 Mixer, a collaboration between Funktion-One and Formula Sound. Artists Fabio Florido, WHYT NOYZ, Felix Faire and Elias (CH) will also be on hand to put the soundsystem through its paces. Alongside the performances, the day's talks will include the recording of an RA Exchange with Norman Jay and discussions with more than 30 panelists from across the electronic music industry. Take Note 2.0 will run from 10 AM through 7 PM at Second Home in Spitalfields. Tickets are available here on RA.
