Gunnar Haslam hits Detroit for Texture

- Gunnar Haslam will be in Detroit next Friday the 14th to play a Texture party. Started back in June, Texture has hosted a few day and night events at Marble Bar, featuring out-of-town guests like New York's Galcher Lustwerk and Terekke along with locals including FIT Siegel and MGUN. This one will run from 11 PM to 7 AM in two rooms at Grenadier Club. Atop the bill is Haslam, the techno DJ and producer also hailing from New York, who has released on L.I.E.S., Delsin and Mister Saturday Night, among others (and collaborates with Tin Man under the name Romans). He recently returned home from his first tours of Asia and Australia. A strong Detroit contingent makes up the rest of the evening's program. Also playing Room 1 are Interdimensional Transmissions bosses BMG and Erika, plus How To Kill Records chief Shady P, while Ghostly International affiliate Shigeto, Rawaat, Jaos and Texture resident Jacob Park take care of things in Room 2.
