Avalon Emerson and Bwana have just released a free collection of edits.
It's the fourth entry in Emerson's Cybernedits series, which the Berlin-based producer created as an outlet for oddball DJ edits. Volume four is a split with another rising artist, Bwana, who turned heads this year with his remixes of the Akira soundtrack. For this one Bwana re-interprets a 1980 Bollywood hit, as well as songs by Carlos Peron of the Swiss electronic band Yello and Maria Rita Stumpf, a Brazilian folk singer active in the '80s. Emerson's source material is Björk, Junior Boys and Streetwalker, the duo of Elon Katz and Beau Wanzer.
