- The LP, an homage to Miami nightlife, is due out in October via Mixpak.
Jubilee's first album, After Hours, will come out on Mixpak October 21st.
Though based in New York, Jessica Gentile had many of her formative club experiences in her hometown of Miami. Her debut album attempts to capture that feeling of "Friday night in South Florida," the label says. It touches on many of the area's regional club sounds: dancehall, soca, rap, Miami bass, freestyle and even salsa. The press release goes on to say, "After Hours is 808s and spring break—it’s the sweet spot while changing the frequencies on the Florida radio dial, an homage to partying in the 305." Dancehall emcee Hoodcelebrityy features on the album, as does Miami mainstay Otto Von Schirach, and it is due out via Dre Skull's label Mixpak.
