Movement Torino has outlined this year's schedule in full.
2016 will mark the 11th edition of the Italian event, which is an offshoot of the Detroit's Movement festival. More than 15 techno and house acts have been booked for the main party on Monday, October 31st, split across four stages at Turin's Lingotto Fiere. Highlights include Pan-Pot and KiNK on the KAPPA Stage, Sven Väth and Ben Klock back-to-back Marcel Dettmann on the Jager Stage, and Derrick May, Jeff Mills and Phuture (who will play live) on the Detroit Stage. The final arena, dubbed Yellow Room, is in the hands of Apollonia, with support from fellow Frenchmen Le Loup, Djebali and Chris Carrier.
There will also be a series of warm-up parties ahead of the 12-hour session on October 31st, running from October 22nd through 30th. Not all of these have lineups yet, though Martin Buttrich has been confirmed to play Audiodrome Live Club on the 22nd. There will be two Movement Culture events—on the 26th at Sculoa Holden and on the 28th at Politecnico Di Torino—and three Movement Club shows, including one on October 29th at Chalet with a TBA guest.
