  • French house favorite D'Julz will head out on his latest North American tour in September. D'Julz, who's already made multiple visits (for nearly a dozen gigs) to North America in 2016, will hit six cities during this late-summer trek, which comes as his fifth season as a Circoloco resident on Ibiza begins to wind down. The Bass Culture boss has also recently celebrated the milestone 50th release on his label—Mr. G's 50/50 EP. First up on this tour is Los Angeles' Couture on Friday, September 16th. D'Julz will then play shows in San Diego and just south of the border in Tijuana (the itinerary's sole Mexican stop) over the next two nights, before jetting east the next weekend. He's billed at Manhattan club Flash Factory (which opened in January) on Friday the 23rd, along with two other Circoloco regulars, Steve Rachmad and longtime resident Andrew Grant—the night is a "Warm-Up" to a Circoloco Halloween party in Brooklyn the next month. Rachmad is also on the lineup with D'Julz at Flash in Washington DC the following evening. The latter's tour winds down at Miami's Electric Pickle on Sunday the 25th. Tune in to the title track of D'Julz's latest solo release, the Escapade EP for Syncrophone offshoot Phonogramme, which dropped in April.
