The NTS DJ will oversee the next four Saturdays at the Brixton club.
Jon Rust will take over Jasper James's Saturday night residency at Phonox in August.
Since the Brixton club opened in September, Scottish DJ James has been the club's only weekly resident, playing every Saturday night. For the next four weeks—August 6th, 13th, 20th and 27th—he'll be replaced by NTS Radio's Rust, who'll be joined every week by various guests. These will be announced the Monday before each event. James returns as resident on Saturday, September 3rd.
As for Friday nights, Phonox will continue to host a mix of all-night sessions, label parties and extended back-to-backs. Boxed roll through with Bok Bok, Logos and Slackk on August 5th, followed by Romare and Henry Wu on the 12th, Kyle Hall and DJ Fett Burger on the 19th, and Livity Sound with Kowton, Peverelist and Randomer on the 26th. There's a handful of September dates also locked in, including an all-night performance from Motor City Drum Ensemble on the 9th.
Tickets to Phonox are available here on RA.
