  • Fatima's Yellow Memories album is getting reissued by Blue Note. Yellow Memories, which featured production and writing from the likes of Floating Points and Theo Parrish, first came out through London's Eglo Records in 2014. (That same year Fatima performed the LP's closing track, "Gave Me My Name," as part of the RA Sessions series). Blue Note's reissue of the album will include previously unreleased bonus material. Before that, the label will also put out a five-track compilation EP titled Still Dreaming that includes a combination of tracks from Yellow Memories and Fatima's back catalogue plus two new cuts: "It Keeps Raining," produced by Flako, and "The Spirit," which was produced by B.Bravo and Teeko. Blue Note has been running since 1939 and has released music from jazz greats Ornette Coleman, Miles Davis and Thelonious Monk, plus the likes of Madlib, St Germain and Gregory Porter in more recent times.
